About the PTO
What is the PTO?
We are a group open to all Cal Young Middle School parents & guardians who want to be engaged in making our school a better place for our kids. Everyone is invited to join at whatever level feels right to you! Please see our calendar on the home page for our next meeting times.
What kinds of things does the PTO do?
The PTO is currently engaged in the following yearly activities, but we are always looking for other ideas and opportunities to get involved.
- Fundraising: Events such as food nights, See’s Candy sales, Dutch Bulbs sales, and fun trinkets at activity nights.
- Volunteer Opportunities: The PTO is shares volunteer opportunities at the school including: cross guards, lunch monitors, field trips, and activity nights.
- Community Building: We are working on planning a community night in May. Help us make it happen!
